DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND CHANGE POLICY

  • A 100% deposit is charged 7 days before check in to guarantee the room(s). The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at check-in. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance (i.e. different card, cash) please present it at check-in.

  • Cancellations and changes made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $50 fee per room booked.

  • Cancellations and changes made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee per room booked. 

  • Cancellations and changes made less than 3 days prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay. No-shows and early checkouts will not be refunded.

  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@phoenixinnresort.com.

PETS

Welcomes well-behaved dogs into our facility for a $35 nightly/per dog, a non-refundable fee in early checkouts.

Service animals, as defined by the ADA (not including emotional support animals), are not subject to the Pupstater Program fee. All other pets including emotional support animals are subject to the fee.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please contact the front desk if you would like to request an early check-in. Baggage storage is available if early check-in is not possible. We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to any late checkout.

AMENITY / RESORT FEE (UPDATED 5/17/22)

Our room fee includes complimentary access to the following (when applicable): the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis/ pickle ball court, parking, Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea.

EXTRA PERSON(S)

Room rates are based on occupancy in existing bedding. Some room types can accommodate extra persons with extra bedding (EG rollaway-bed or pull out couch). To request extra bedding, please contact the front desk. A $50 nightly per-person fee will be charged upon arrival.

NO BUTTS ABOUT IT

Phoenix is a smoke-free facility. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guestroom, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
