Cancellation/No Shows Cancellations made 7 days before arrival deposit mayberefunded or used as credit towards guest next stay. Any Cancellations made less the 7 days before arrival will not be arefund but can be credited towards future stay. No Shows will not be refunded the deposit and will not be able to use the deposit as credit.

Deposit Guests who want to make a reservation at The Phoenix Inn Resort must make a deposit of one night’s stay to confirm the reservation. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The full amount shall be charged from the credit card 3 business days prior to arrival. For Corporate or Group guests, the rest of the amount shall be charged according to terms set in the Corporate or Group Contract and/or offer. The deposit will be released when guests checking out without any damages or extra charges.
